The HPP

The Human Performance Program (HPP) was built for data center construction by Special Operations Veterans. HPP is designed to strengthen culture by aligning leadership, safety, and workforce wellness into one integrated system. Every project is different, so every deployment is built differently. We work directly with owners, general contractors, and trade partners to understand their priorities, assess what is happening on site, and identify the risks that impact performance. From there, we bring in professionals and tools to address those needs. Whether that means developing stronger leaders, reinforcing safety execution, improving workforce health, or, in most cases, a combination of all three.

At our core, we believe that leadership, safety, and wellness are inseparable. Strong leaders create accountability and set the tone. Effective safety systems reduce risk and reinforce standards. Healthy workers make better decisions and sustain performance. When these three areas are aligned, culture improves. This belief is the foundation of our methodology, which focuses on strengthening the entire system rather than solving isolated problems.

Through site assessments, field observations, leadership development, safety support, wellness systems, and executive-level reporting, the Human Performance Program delivers practical, measurable improvements across the life of a project. The result is not just better metrics, but stronger teams, more consistent execution, and a culture that continues performing long after the job is complete.

We Improve The Culture.
